A Template Website Build For Artist Melanie MacVoy in Fernie, BC.

Melanie MacVoy, a popular and talented contemporary landscape painter, required a simple and clean website that she could update herself. Pages included a Portfolio of all her past and present paintings, a News page (blog) showcasing new works and upcoming events, her biography, Gallery listings, and a Contact page.

A few lovely detail in the design: We turned her painting signature into her logo on the website, and the website colours were pulled from one of her paintings. Her website is a work in progress, now in Melanie’s hands, so I’m excited so see how it changes and grows over time.
